 This photograph was taken in Mint Walk, Croydon in 1914. It's of Alfred James Kerrell (b. 1847) and unknown lady. It's probably No. 12 Mint Walk as the family lived there according to the last available census (the census is only made public after 100 years). Alfred lived in Smith's Yard prior to Mint Walk. We know about two of his occupations, he was a fireman and a tailor. He would have been 67 years old. |
